Mr. WAKASA MECKSAENE
Mr Wakasa holds a post-graduate Master of Development Administration from the Australian National University, Canberra where his major research paper on "Decentralisation and Political and Administrative Autonomy is recognised."
He is currently serving the Enga Provincial Government as the General Manager for the Enga Rural Development Investments. Some of his past positions have included being the Deputy Provincial Administrator -District Administration & Local Level Government, District Administrator for Wapenamanda and Assistant Secretary, Finance & Administration. |
